What does the acquisition mean for existing Auric clients?
TokenEx will maintain Auric’s platform through the end of 2022. From now through December 31, 2022, you will have access to your current instance of Auric, and support will continue to be provided by Auric.
However, on January 1, 2023, all Auric products will be shut down permanently. This includes access to customer data.
How long do I have access to Auric?
Until December 31, 2022, you will have access to your current Auric offering and all associated data.

Who should I contact for support while I’m still using the Auric platform?
Continue to contact Auric. Customer support for all Auric products is being provided by Auric through December 31, 2022. If migrating to TokenEx, new contacts and instructions to access TokenEx technical support will be provided.
What are my options after Auric is shut down?
Clients must decide by September 30, 2022, whether to contract with TokenEx for tokenization services or to migrate their customer data to a different provider/location. If the customer data is not migrated to TokenEx or to a different provider by December 31, 2022, the data will no longer be available.
Will I automatically be transitioned to TokenEx?
No. Transition to TokenEx will not automatically occur for Auric clients. Should an Auric client choose to migrate to TokenEx, they must inform TokenEx of their choice and sign a new agreement. Please contact Lesley Harris for more information regarding migration to TokenEx.
When do I need to decide whether I want to move forward with TokenEx?
By September 30, 2022, you must inform TokenEx of your decision to choose TokenEx for tokenization services or that you will be migrating customer data to a different provider. If TokenEx is not informed by September 30, 2022, there may not be sufficient time to fully migrate customer data before December 31, 2022. Complete failure to inform TokenEx of your decision means the customer data will be deleted when the Auric products are shut down.
Am I able to maintain my current contract price on the TokenEx platform?
Pricing will be replaced with TokenEx pricing as part of entering into a new contract and order with TokenEx. The TokenEx order includes a $12,000 annual minimum commitment, and your price will be determined based on your usage commitment.

How long does the data migration take?
Typically, the data migration process can take up to 6-8 weeks. However, there are numerous Auric customers that may choose to migrate to TokenEx, which may extend the typical migration period.

When can I start migrating my data?
You may start migrating data to TokenEx or to a different provider as early as you would like, provided you have an agreement in place if migrating to TokenEx and provided your account is not in arrears

If I move forward with TokenEx, will I maintain my current price through the end of my current contract/end of year?
